Hi,
My name is Anna and having lived with a Panic and Anxiety Disorder for years I’m now happy to say I’ve beaten anxiety and panic attacks for good. As a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist everyone assumes you can heal yourself and wont need someone else’s help, well I am proof that we all need help with these challenges. I understood what was happening to me and why, but knowing the theory didn’t change anything. Then through some research and effort I found an anxiety cure and a way to overcome Panic Attacks, and continue with my life without that constant fear of another episode. Since then I have repeatedly been asked by my offline and online friends how it is that I’ve managed to defeat the anxiety and do so well.
…Well it’s all thanks to the help of Panic Away, I guess you could call it my secret weapon. So I made this blog to talk about the problems of living with panic and the best panic attacks treatment that I have ever found. I will share my opinions and experiences of Panic and Anxiety disorders and the anxiety cures.
I also have started a new website focusing on self improvement for women, called Starting New Today.
