Pros and Cons of Panic Away.

Pros
- Simple book, it tells you what you need to know, without wasting time telling you how important the author is, etc. To often you can buy a book which is over 90% self important waffle and very little substance, where as Panic Away just tells you concisely exactly what you need to know and how it will help you. It is a quick and easy read.
- Great production value on the DVD. Very easy to watch and understand.
- Barry’s voice is soft and pleasant, instantly puts you at easy.
- Good ongoing Support Forum.
- Techniques that once learnt will genuinely make a difference to your life.
- A full refund offered if the programme doesn’t work for you in the first 8 weeks.
Cons
- You do have to get involved with the techniques, you have to read the book, learn and practice the techniques.
- The techniques described in the book require you to have a good imagination, however the video does help with this.
- Some of the concepts discussed may be hard for some very “practical” people to understand and take in. For example, my partner Andy has had a couple of panic attacks when working away. So I gave him Panic Away. He is an engineer, a very practical man, and the concepts of how your mind works introduced in One Move technique™ just didn’t “gel” with his way of seeing the world. It took him longer to understand and he struggled for sometime to learn the techniques. However, he stuck with them and feels more confident that if a panic attack starts again he will know how to stop it immediately.
- The One Move technique demands more initially, which may scare some people who are not confident, or not used to the sensations in their body.

Overall I would say that the Panic Away programme will help most people cure anxiety and overcome panic attacks as long as they commit to doing some work for themselves.
It is not a magic wand. The programme requires you to take committed action to learn how to take your own life back.
Yes I have found that Panic Away works for most people, who are prepared to give it a chance and put some effort in themselves.
