Treatment for panic attacks is very important to about 17% of the adult population, because they suffer daily from anxiety disorders. All of these people are looking for a way of overcoming panic attacks and taking back control of their lives.
My name is Anna Walker, I’ve spent years looking for effective, natural treatment for panic attacks, not just ways to cope with my anxiety disorder but an actual anxiety and panic cure! I experienced my first panic attack a week after my Nan died, my panic and anxiety rapidly took over my life, until I felt as if I had lost all control. I fought hard to get answers about my panic attacks, the best treatment and eventually discovered that anxiety and panic are curable.

Symptoms of Anxiety and Panic Attacks:

These are the horrible symptoms of a anxiety and panic attack, and after my first attack I lived with the constant fear of another attack happening. The fear of the embarrassment, the humiliation haunted me. As a result of this constant fear of having an anxiety attack, I started to avoid social situations, to withdraw from my old life and become more and more dependent on my loved ones.
I was so angry, I had so many questions: “How could this happen to me?” “What did I do wrong” “Am I going crazy?” But the most important question I felt driven to answer was:

So I started on the long search for my “Harry Potter” cure, that would wave a magic wand and give me an immediate anxiety and panic cure. Only to find that it doesn’t exist, and in fact most Doctors just want to teach you how to cope with anxiety, or they want to use medication to suppress the panic. What most Doctors and Therapists don’t offer you a way of overcoming panic attacks or even a effective panic attacks treatment.
After a lot of patience, research and I have to admit my fair share of failures, I have found ways to treat my panic and anxiety attacks. I have discovered that there is a combination of three natural remedies that have provided me with a cure for my anxiety disorder:
- Therapy based around the theories of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Lifestyle changes
- Supplements
I will review the online natural anxiety cures available and hope to give you my fair opinion of each, I have started with the most famous anxiety and panic cures available online Panic Away (which was the programme which worked well for me), and the Linden Method .

Panic Away.
The Panic Away program was created by Joe Barry, a suffer himself from severe anxiety attacks and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. He has developed a highly effective technique called “One Move” That aims to teach you how to stop the vicious circle of anxiety.

Panic Away claim that this method can be used by anyone,anywhere, to cure any level of anxiety. I personally feel this technique will work better for people who have a good imagination and can visualize. So may not work as well for more logical and scientific minds.

Linden Method.
The Linden Method claims not to just treat the Psychological symptoms to overcome anxiety, but to actually influence the physical part of the brain that is responsible for anxiety feelings. The Linden Method was developed by Charles Linden over 12 years ago, to help himself to recover from crippling anxiety attacks. He researched and worked with many Psychologists, Doctors and Scientists to come up with a long-term solution to the problem. I feel that this technique would help most people who worked at learning and practicing the method everyday. However, it may be better suited to people who are more comfortable with scientific reasoning and logic. As the Linden Method is based very firmly on the actual physical workings of part of the brain called the Amygdala.
